The 4000 Series Casement allows for many different design possibilities. Whether you want a casement window on top of an awning, an awning on top of a casement, or a picture unit over an awning, the 4000 Series will give your home the look you desire.
Every detail is covered with this window. The extra tall nail flange makes it easy to install and it’s available with or without an integral J channel for siding applications. The beveled face of the sash provides a clean attractive finish on the outside of your home.
Ventilation and Security
Since Casements have the unique ability to fully swing out perpendicular to the frame, they provide maximum ventilation when compared to other styles of windows. The ventilation will allow you to flood your home with fresh air on nice spring days. The series is also equipped with dual compression weather seals which the sash compresses against the frame to provide superior air performance as well.
One of the best features of the series is the multi-point locking system. The staged locking points are sequenced to create a zipper effect that closes and locks the sash to create a superior weather seal and an impenetrable locking system.
